oh tiann arr ... today's training is like so effin tough canns . -.-" i think its because i didnt went for training for 2 days . i missed it cuz i'm at hong kong. then didnt get used to everything once i came back. almost forgot everything that qin JL taught me. warm up was fine. but when it comes to th ending part, i can die. didn sit ups, push ups. and i have to squad up & down for 20 times. still nvm... i have to carry this thing. i think its called th " Weight Carrier " not sure of its th right name for this. after finishing this, i have to do 15 push ups . then i have to carry this weight carrier again. after that, pushups again . then weight carrier again. and then push ups. then do 60 situps. -.-" before doing ALL of these. we were doing this somersault. have to do it 20 times . tiring huhh .? i'm weak. yeahh . hahas . gonna sleep damn early today. dead tired. btw, i've picked up my 2 little hammies. one of them is called Milky. which belongs to me. its a free chirtmas gift from th lady. another one is called Dale. which belongs to my mummy. =) so she has Chip & Dale. & mine is Cookie & Milky. =) i tell you lorhhs. there's only 1 word to discribe Milky & Dale. ADORABLE ! when they're eating, they can lost balance and then fall on th ground. still eating. -.-" then they can lie on my hand facing up. cute huhs? its like a cute doggy wanting a belly rub. they bring lots of laughter at th very first day. LOLs . i'm suppose to sleep early. -.- and yet i'm still blogginq .
